We are very happy to welcome Anzhelika Florek as a new Iyengar Yoga teacher at our school. Anzhelika has done the Iyengar Yoga teacher training with Elena Oulmasbaeva in Moscow and has taken classes at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune in February 2013. Anzhelika has studied journalism and works full-time as a yoga teacher.
Anzhelika will be teaching a new Iyengar Yoga class on Wednesday during lunch time (12:20 – 13:20). The classes will start on May 8, 2013.
After the summer Anzhelika will be teaching two more classes: a women’s class on Wednesday mornings and a general class on Wednesday evening (more details will follow).
Anzhelika teaches in English, German and Russian.
