- You can start anytime.
- Classes are taught in Englisch and/or German.
Level 1
- For beginners or those new to Iyengar Yoga.
- You start from the base and build strength, stamina and flexibility in standing poses, shoulderstand and other fundamental postures.
- Duration: 90 minutes
Level 1-2
- For students who you have done Level 1 classes for a few months, or have experience with other methods of yoga.
- You continue working on the basic poses, but we also introduce more challenging poses and we work more intensely and longer on specific poses.
- Duration: 90 minutes
Level 2
- For students who have about 1 year experience with Level 1 poses (including shoulderstand).
- You refine the basics, learn headstand, handstand, backbends, and simple breathing techniques.
- Duration: 90 minutes
Lunch-Yoga
- Short yoga class during lunch-time (level 1/2).
- Ideal for a short time-out during a busy working day.
- Duration: 60 minutes
